Looks great but I dont understand French and seems like no English version to choose in the setting

Game broke when I got the VIP and all my rooms were full. Couldnt check anyone out or build another room. Couldnt anything, just constantly redirected to the VIP. Fun game concept though.

I love the game but when I try to connect it to facebook, it gives me a network error..

The game is fun but full of bugs. The language is still defaulted to French even though dev claimed to have fixed it. Fortunately I can now manually select English. But the game does not remember my setting and when restarting still French. When i have enough money and add a room, after timer is up, the room is not there. Money was returned to me BUT short of 5000! So I cannot retry building the room again. Have to collect another 5k and HOPE this time building would work! Game sometimes freeze when all guests are ready and I collect at once. Have to force restart. Also when a VIPs left happy and I try to collect the gift, game somehow revert to status of a few minutes ago. All in all VERY buggy. Hope dev can test more before release. Also we need a confirmation when using gem to speed up! Already lost 3 gems because I accidentally clicked on the gem speed up button while trying to scroll around!

Biggest complaint is that Ive been getting gifts for doing well, like furniture, but then I cant find my gift anywhere. Other than that its an ok game. Just started and already a bit bored with how long I have to wait to get someone out or get new stock. Dislike that monsters come in one big group and no more can come until everyone is in a room, makes it impossible to please certain monsters unless you use gems. Game is free, so if you like this type of game Id recommend trying it, although theres definitely room for improvement.

Enjoying so far, but it is like sims in that you perform a few actions and have to wait a certain amount of time before you can play more. Also pricy to build more. And a bit buggy in that it says I get a daily prizes but they dont get loaded into my accounts.

Everytime I win gems, there is a lag that makes me lose them all

After the update, I can no longer play! The quest room tutorial is bugged and I cant click the scroll, but I also cant access any menus or collect gems and deco my guests drop. The game is now totally unplayable.

I absolutely love this game . I was happy you made a update to fix the missing gems . But now on day 10 you get 3 gifts , when you open them it just starts the 3 gifts again and never stops. Please fix this

Its a great game for people who like to see progress. It has very cute graphics and designs which pulled me in but the game requires way too much time. I dont want to be spending 5 min playing and waiting for hours until I can play again. Guests and replenishing rooms take WAY too long! Also the game lagged and took my gems and hearts that I earned for playing 5 consecutive days. The game would be so much better if I could actually play the game rather than waiting for majority of my time.. I recently got update and now I cannot play the game ! Its literally making me replay the same thing over and over again because it wont save. Although it doesnt save somehow it only saves the gems Ive used. I just keep losing gems and the progress!

This is my third time writing reviews for this game, and I would say after 2 major updates, all the bugs for me have been fixed and I am now fully enjoying the game! This game is a mix of resource management and puzzle, both genre I enjoy a lot. You have to figure out how to place each monster so that they benefit from others. Sometimes you sacrifice some customers to make more important ones happy. So for sure this is not a no brainer if you want to do well. As you progress, you unlock more cool decors and new monsters, and hotel grow grander. Thats very satisfying :) As of the wait time being too long as mentioned by another review, sure the guests usually take 1.5 hour to check out, which seems quite long. However, if you want to fully utilize in game mechanism to gain max advantage without using diamond, you need to check back from time to time. Like 15 minutes after the "dumpster" is ready, then you can get rid of some guests to bring new one and boost your vip, or 10 minutes later you guest will want a toilet paper which will give you the last heart you need. So I definitely think the timing is good. If guests stay shorter, I will have to readjust my strategy. Now my only complaint: after satisfying the inspector 5 times, max guest happiness get raised 5 points higher, making it more difficult to earn their reward. For this reason I deliberately dont treat inspectors. It feels more like a punishment than reward. Can we not keep raising the bar? I feels like 40 max is already difficult enough!

Love the game, but in the new quest room introduction thing I cant get past clicking on the scroll. It wont work. Also the seventh day prize screen keeps playing over and over again. Hope these get fixed!

When ever I try to checkout a guess or giving some love to a guest the fidelity screen pops up ..... Other than that top game .

I highly recommend this puzzle-like game. Its really easy and addictive!

This game is so fun and addicting!! I love it!

I loved this game until today! All my progress ... GONE. All of a sudden I was asked to create an account, and had to start all over. I will not start over, just stupid. Giving 1 star because progress was deleted and cannot get it back. If this did not happen, 5 stars, easily.

Is there any way to switch Facebook accounts? It would be great to have that option.

This app stopped working. It continues to say cannot connect to the server. So crappy because I have in app purchases!!! Get the game working please!!

Every time I try to sign in it gives me can not connect to sever and my internet is fine and I put try again but the same pop up keeps coming up and now it wont go away I cant even play I have to delete the app so it can stop but if I try to sign in again it pops up again please help for better rate

Dont spend money on this game... Eventually you wont be able to log in and the support for this game is practically nonexistent
