Whenever I try to buy anything it restarts to the daily rewards. I have been trying to buy a room for the past two days. Other people are having very similar problems, so why hasnt anything been done? I really like this game but this is very annoying. SOMETHING REALLY NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS.

The latest issue, not being able to click on the scroll to see quests during the tutorial so Im stuck.

Its kind of a fun game but its definitely hindered by the fact that the app doesnt properly work. Ive reinstalled the game and it wasnt any better so perhaps download a different app with a similar premise?

So cute and fun but theres a glitch in the daily rewards. In the span of one day, I went from Day 1 to Day 5 (day 5 gave me 5 jewels- ooh yes yes) But when I bought something with my gems, seconds later, it would go back to the Daily Rewards and tell me I have reached Day 5 AGAIN. Yeah, it would restock my gems before the purchase was made(which was pretty rad) but the item I just bought would have been erased. Therefore bringing me back to before I attempted to buy anything. I am trapped in an endless cycle of buy-and-erase. Fix ya glitchez. Thatd be great

Between the daily rewards replaying over and over and the non working scroll button. You get about 3 days play tops

Fun when it works. Im currently being told to "click on the scroll to view your contracts" but nothing happens when I do. Now Im just unable to do anything at all since it wont stop saying it...

I recently leveled up and got an office that gives me scroll quests, however during the tutorial it wont let me close the scroll! Now I cant do anything, and Im completely missing the Christmas event. :( please update and fix the situation but also extend the event!! Thank you.

I really enjoy thing game, but every time I play it there is a new glitch. Theres the glitch with the daily prizes that makes you accept the prize repeatedly (but you only get the prize once, dont get excited). Often when I give a heart to a monster its given back and the bonus is gone. And then theres the contracts room that I cant even use because the scroll is unclickable. I even tried opening the game on Facebook to try to click on the scroll and move past that tutorial and it still didnt work. I really thought I could play through it while theyre fixing problems, but I cant. Its too much. Once or twice an update is fine, but every friggin time I play is unacceptable.

I was really enjoying this game but then the bugs got so bad that I cant even play anymore. I will most likely uninstall. Its a shame though its a cute game. Opening the app gives you a daily reward that is very problematic and I cat get past it now. The problem made it hard to play and stole my gems and love from time to time.

Updated 12-18 Im having a it with the daily rewards as well. Every time I open my gifts for day 10 it resets.

I enjoy having Santa, which is in the latest update, but the update came with many negatives. 1) The game still wont allow me to connect to Facebook. 2) Every time the app opens, I have to accept the "daily reward," although I already have and this does nothing. 3) Once I reach Day 5 my rewards reset so I never get any further than that even though I play every day. 4) I logged in today and much of my furniture was gone. What in the world??!??

I dont understand. Why do you have to create an account to play? It would be nice if you could play anonymously and not need the account.

I have played this for two weeks now. It is easy and you can take your time playing. You do need a lot of gold to build more rooms. The rooms take about 5 min to build so that is good too. Better than waiting hours! There is a problem with the daily rewards. I was able to collect it for a few days, but then it started resetting on me. After two days of that problem, it stopped appearing. I wouldnt care except that is the only way for me to collect hearts which is needed for a quest. Monsters get switched out for a different one. There is nothing like putting a certain monster in a room, and a minute later it morphs into something else. This is also another annoying glitch.

This is a really fun app, and I really like the concept, but unless youre willing to spend $ its really hard to advance in the game. Patrons leave a small amount of money, and the price per room goes up exponentially every time. Diamonds are nearly impossible to earn, and will disappear without spending them. UPDATE: havent received my daily reward for over two weeks :/

A well thought-out game that makes you consider your moves before committing to them, It has enough fast pacing to not drag you down or bore you. I havent had any problems with glitches.

The check out time is too long. I love the features of this game, the concept. Please make the check out times like 1 minute at least, if not sooner. I dont know how long u have them set now but it is too long. I shut it off for an hour ad half are checking g out. Please fix. I would love to give a 5 but is hard when the game is slow.

Its running better now and I love it also much more kid friendly and sooooooooooo cute keep up the good work.

I really want to give this game 5 stars. I really liked it at first. Its cute, the graphics are great, the sound effects are good. Everything about it is really nice. There are just too many bugs and issues. The connection issue, then the daily reward bug that made it impossible to even play the game and now theyve got an update to fix it, but the update wont even install all the way. Ive tried it on wifi and on LTE. I literally cant play this game and not because I dont want to, but because its never in working order. Pretty bummed.

Its great, i love it! But one thing i dont like is that, when i am on the road i wanna play monster hotel and i cant, it needs wifi!!! But other than that this game is amazing, and the graphics are epic!
